Accessibility Statement
We want this website to be usable by as many people as possible.
WWL Umweltplanung und Geoinformatik GbR is committed to making this website accessible in accordance with the recognised standards for digital accessibility. These are based on the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA and the European standard EN 301 549.
Conformance status
This website was designed with accessibility in mind from the outset and is, in our assessment, largely compatible with the standards mentioned above. “Largely compatible” means that individual content may, in edge cases, not yet be fully accessible.
Accessibility measures
- Accessibility menu (bottom left) with options for larger text, high contrast and reduced motion
- Full keyboard operability and visible focus indication
- Semantically structured content with meaningful headings and landmarks
- Alternative text for meaningful images
- Responsive layout that adapts to different screen sizes
- Sufficient colour contrast and respect for the “reduce motion” system setting
Known limitations
Despite our efforts, some content may still contain barriers — for example embedded PDF documents or cartographic representations that are not fully accessible in every case. We are continuously working to remedy such limitations.
